Anatolian & Warm
Rooted in the ancient agricultural heartland of Anatolia, this table is an ode to patience, warmth and generosity. Dishes are prepared slowly with warm spices (cumin, sumac, Aleppo pepper, dried mint), rich cold-pressed olive oils, cultured yoghurts, tender slow-cooked lamb or beef, vibrant vegetarian dolmas and crisp handmade börek baked until golden. Served family-style in large ceramic bowls and platters designed for reaching across and sharing freely.
SOFRA is the kind of table where there is always more than one thing you want to reach for. Inspired by Anatolia, it brings together stuffed vegetables, grains, yoghurt, herbs, spices, börek and slow-cooked dishes in a way that feels abundant but considered. A warm, generous table for people you want to feed well.
