"Food has always been a way of communicating."
Il buon cibo avvicina le persone. At Zeppy, our tables are built on memory, generosity, and the quiet beauty of bringing people together.
Between East and West: Four Culinary Terroirs
Zeppy was born out of a desire to share the culinary warmth of the lands I know best. From the ancient agricultural traditions of Anatolia to the bustling meyhanes of Istanbul, the sun-soaked olive groves of the Aegean, and the refined ease of the Mediterranean table.
Food here is never hurried. It is slow, intentional, and rooted in the honest qualities of ingredients: ripe heirloom tomatoes, cold-pressed olive oils pressed from early harvest olives, freshly ground sumac, cultured yoghurts, and sourdough breads baked fresh on the day.
Come hungry. Leave full of stories and warmth.
