Turkish Breakfast & Brunch
Named after the bustling open-air weekend markets, PAZAR is a ritual that stretches through the morning into the afternoon. Freshly baked breads, aged cheeses, sun-ripened tomatoes, sweet cucumbers, black and green olives, copper pans of bubbling Menemen (eggs with sweet peppers and tomatoes), Turkish clotted cream (kaymak) with honeycomb, and endless glasses of steaming black tea poured from a double teapot.
A Turkish breakfast is rarely about just one plate — and rarely about eating quickly. PAZAR brings that spirit to the table with hot and cold dishes, bread, cheese, vegetables, eggs, something sweet and plenty of tea. Plates are passed around, tea is refilled and breakfast slowly becomes brunch.
